The Ultimate Pool USA App is a platform designed to cater to the needs of pool and billiard enthusiasts. It offers a seamless experience for both members and non-logged-in users, providing access to player profiles, tournament tracking, news updates, and event management functionalities. It was a pleasure to work on this project to help create the perfect user experience.
The focus was on translating the UX insights into visually appealing and functional interfaces. The challenge of presenting tournament information effectively was addressed by implementing a bracket system. This allowed for the clear visualisation of tournaments, including participant details, match timings, and scores, in a manner that is both simple and efficient. The bracket system emerged as a solution to streamline the presentation of tournament data.
By organising matches hierarchically, users can quickly grasp the tournament structure, track progress, and stay updated on match outcomes. This approach not only simplifies the user experience but also enhances engagement with the app.
